We operate Yoni SPA / Yoni Spa Singapore, a Singapore-based wellness business offering legitimate massage and spa sessions for adult women at locations you designate (typically private residences, condos, or hotels across the island), by appointment.

Contact identifiers you give us voluntarily: name or how you wish to be addressed, WhatsApp-compatible phone numbers, email address, WeChat ID or Telegram username, preferred language, and messaging content.

Booking details: preferred date/time, service interests (e.g. massage style or duration from our advertised menu), and the service location or neighbourhood you provide so we can plan travel and fulfil the appointment.

Optional wellness notes if you choose to share them (e.g. pressure preferences, sensitivities)—only to tailor a safe massage or spa session within lawful professional scope.

We do not require government ID for routine bookings unless a specific legal obligation applies. We do not actively collect special categories of data beyond what you choose to tell us for health and comfort.

Why we use your information

To respond to enquiries, confirm availability, assign a qualified therapist, coordinate travel to your address, and deliver the service you requested.

To maintain safety, hygiene, and internal quality records (e.g. appointment notes) consistent with professional massage and spa operations.

To send service-related messages about your booking where you have provided a contact method for that purpose.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing unless you clearly opt in.

Messaging apps and email

If you contact us through WeChat, Telegram, or similar platforms, your messages are also subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies. We recommend not sharing more than needed for scheduling and service delivery.

Retention and security

We keep booking and contact records only as long as needed for operations, client support, and applicable law (including reasonable dispute resolution). We use appropriate safeguards for data we control; no online transmission is perfectly secure.

Your rights and questions

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to or correction of your personal data in our possession, subject to exceptions.
