Nature of our services

We provide professional massage and spa-style bodywork as described on our website (including oil, aromatherapy, therapeutic, and women-focused rituals such as ovarian or bust care within legitimate spa practice where advertised). Sessions are lawful wellness services only—we do not offer sexual services or other illegal acts. Therapists comply with mutual respect, draping suitable to the service style, and your comfort boundaries within professional norms.

Eligibility and booking

Services are for adult women only. You must supply accurate scheduling and location information. You represent that your use of the location for the appointment is lawful and that minors will not participate inappropriately.

Booking is handled via WeChat, Telegram, email, or our inquiry form—as published on our site. No upfront deposit is required unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing in a specific situation.

Fees, travel, and payment

Prices correspond to durations and menus shown on our site and may change; we honour the rate communicated when your appointment is confirmed unless we notify you first.

No additional transport fee is charged for island-wide service within Singapore.

If we arrange an external venue for you, an extra venue fee may apply when agreed upfront.

Unless stated otherwise at booking, payment is due after your session—by cash or other methods we accept (such as PayNow, WeChat Pay, Alipay) as communicated at the time.

Cancellations and late arrivals

If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify us as early as possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking priority. If we cannot attend due to force majeure or safety reasons, we will work with you to reschedule where practical.

Health, safety, and conduct

Inform us of relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or contraindications so we can adapt or decline a service if unsafe. You must not request illegal conduct; we may end a session immediately if behaviour is abusive, unsafe, or harassing without refund for the unused portion at our reasonable discretion.

Liability

Massage and spa services have inherent limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the fees paid for that session unless mandatory law says otherwise. Personal items at your premises remain your responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
